Lafayette Insurance was founded in 2011 by current President, Joe Couch. Joe started as a captive agent but quickly saw the need for more options due to a limited appetite and lack of competitive positioning. Lafayette Insurance now represents both national and regional insurance companies as opposed to a single carrier, allowing us to propose multiple options.
